Each Retreat includes: the opportunity for you to learn and grow during interactive workshops and solo exercises, One to One Coaching, time for personal reflection / journalling, relaxation or Yoga classes and gentle walks
All of the above are voluntary – and you will be encouraged to check in with what you really want or need and choose what is best for you in each moment.
You will have plenty of time to visit the Spa and time to just relax – do you remember how good it feels to read a book, or take a nap?
Finally, the Retreat concludes with reflections on the gifts that the week-end has brought you. You will leave feeling pampered and empowered.
