Wellbeing Holidays in Ontario

Guests stay for 7 - 8 nights - you have time to see the sites in Toronto, take a tour to see the Falls and Niagara on the Lake, before driving North ( a scenic 2 - 3 hours).

3) Arowhon Pines in stunning Algonquin Park.

Arowhon Pines is a small, rustic 50 room summer resort on its own lake located in a huge nature and wildlife reserve. The spectacular location is combined with a renowned kitchen, warm hospitality and attentive service.

Is he the One?

 

For a moment, just imagine no more lonely nights. What difference would that make to your life as a whole? How much happier would you be?

 

Just imagine not having to worry any more about not having a date or being confronted with the dreaded line ‘ Table for one, madam? ‘ as you walk into a restaurant, alone.

 

Imagine waking up everyday with your soul mate, or at the very least, with a partner you would be happy to spend the rest of your life with, who feels the same way about you.

Many attractive and successful women find themselves alone at some time in their lives. For some of you, your single status is a choice that no longer fits, while others of you have found yourself in that position. Either way, being alone is a state of affairs you are definitely not happy with.

 

Perhaps you are divorced, or have lost your partner, and now you are ready for a new relationship

 

You might just have been too busy building a career to focus on your personal life and now the balance is shifting

  • how to go through your closets and throw out your relationship skeletons, forgive others and forgive yourself.

 

  • how to identify the thoughts processes that have caused you to feel you didn’t deserve to be loved, taken care of etc. Holding such limiting beliefs will, in turn, have guaranteed that you haven’t felt loved or taken care of, even when you have been, or the worst case scenario, is that you have attracted abusive partners. This may even have become a pattern.

 

  • how, once you have identified these limiting beliefs, you can begin removing them; only then will you truly believe that that the love and happiness you want are achievable for you.

  • how powerful your thoughts are. You have the potential to attract the partner that you want. What has happened in the past has happened because you “made it happen”…with your thoughts. When you take responsiblilty for the relationships you have created so far you will begin to understand that you can create them differently. What happens next really is up to you. Amazing!

 

  • how to get really clear about what you want from a relationship. When you are aware of your values in the context of a relationship, that is, what is important to you, you can start focussing on what you want, rather than what you don’t want. When you change your attitude by just changing the way you think about relationships, when your positive energy is flowing, you will attract other positive people, and potential partners into your life. Your body and health also reflect this and you begin to look and feel your best.

 

  • how to find out whether you are compatible in the long term. This is key; being able to recognise your soul mate when he does show up is really important. How will you know? By asking a series of simple questions over lunch or dinner; when his values match yours, that is, when what is important to him in the context of a relationship is the same as what matters to you, you have a match made in heaven………

 

  • how to give clear messages about your availability and effectively communicate your boundaries

The Law of Attraction

 

For a moment, just imagine feeling better, like a weight has been lifted. Imagine how much easier your life will be when you have more self confidence, you look and feel your best, you attract better relationships and you are financially secure.

 

Imagine how much more fulfilling life will be when you slow down. What will it be like to not be so hurried?

 

Imagine how you will feel when taking ‘time to smell the roses’ is no longer just a sentiment, but part of who you are?

 

 

Discovering how to effectively use the Law of Attraction will be the most satisfying and rewarding thing you ever invest time in…

 

 

What is the Law of Attraction

 

Quite simply the “Law of Attraction” says that you attract into your life whatever you think about – it is the wonderful process described in the book and movie ‘The Secret’.

 

 

The ‘Secret’ is ……there is no secret !

 

The Law of Attraction states that you attract what you put out. We all create and emit energy that we send out into the universe unknowingly. As that energy circulates, it is attracted to similar energy. If the energy is negative, it will connect with other negative energy and everything that is associated with it

 

If you are constantly thinking about the things you don’t want in life, like debt, loneliness, unhappiness, lack of money, how you do not like your job, lack of love, etc…then you will attract more negativity into your life. If it’s on your mind, it will eventually show up. You are already using the Law of Attraction – but not to its best effect.

 

Positive energy, on the other hand, connects with the other positive vibes. Because positive energy attracts good energy, by being positive we open ourselves up to receiving all the great things that life has to offer, from good fortune to happiness.

 

When you change your attitude towards life by just changing the way you think, when your positive energy is flowing, you actually attract other positive people - that’s what is meant by the term “magnetic personality”. Your body and health also reflect this and you begin to look and feel your best.   

 

This is the Law of Attraction at its best. When used in this way, you will enjoy a happy and fulfilling life that is highlighted by success and lasting friendships.

 

 

 During the Workshop you will discover

 

 

  • how to make the Law of Attraction work, and keep on working for you

 

  • how to identify the limitations you  place in your mind. After you identify these limiting beliefs you can begin removing them; only then will you truly believe that the success and happiness you want are achievable for you.

 

  • how powerful your thoughts are. You have the potential to make the impossible happen. What has happened has happened because you “made it happen”…with your thoughts. When you take full responsiblilty for what you have created so far you will begin to truly know that nothing “out there“ can affect you because you do all the controlling from “in here“.   • how you can turn negativity into positive energy. Shift your focus on the things you DO want in life rather than  the things you DON’T want, so that the things that you do want will be manifested back to you.

 

  • how to respond differently to difficult circumstances. It’s not what happens but how you let circumstances affect you that matters. It’s how you let these things affect you that is the real secret.

 

  • how to go through your closets and throw out the skeletons, forgive others and forgive yourself.
