Fitness Unlimited can accept no liability in the case of journeys disrupted owing to poor weather conditions, as such we advise that you take out appropriate travel insurance.
25% of the course fee is payable on a non returnable basis at the time of booking. The remaining 75% and accommodation costs are then payable six weeks before departure. Because of the nature of the holiday it is not possible to refund any monies in the in the event of cancellation less than six weeks before departure. In the unlikely event that you would need to cancel you would be offered the opportunity to defer your participation for a small fee.
It is possible to attend during high season (mid-June and mid-September). However, please be aware that this will increase the cost of the accommodation and early booking is essential. Please contact the office to confirm prices and check availability.
Wellbeing Holidays reserve the right to introduce individuals to any group.
