Kate's story:

Dear Pam
Just thought i would drop you a line to say Hi and to let you know a little of my happy life...
I am now 4 and half stone lighter - I go to the gym about 3 times a week and have a great time there.
I am much more relaxed and people about the building remark on the difference in me and my attitude all the time and say how I have changed. Not realising that this is the real me, the person they saw before just was not.
I go out and enjoy myself.
I do not have a partner and don't think I will as I am not actively seeking but nevertheless this is not a problem for me - others see it as being so, but that is their problem.
I do not have a problem in speaking to people when I disagree with something they are doing which is such a freedom.
I went skinny dipping in mixed company last year and although not a 'bunny' girl, I really enjoyed the many experiences.
When I look back it is down to you... you brought me a whole leap forward... sometimes hard to explain to others although I have tried... what an enlightening experience learning to believe in yourself again. I feel 5 going on 7 not 57.
